Our rental conditions
How does it work once I have made my reservation?
RESERVATION
Once your reservation has been paid online, you will receive an email confirming your reservation and summarizing all the information concerning your rental.

THE DAY
On the day of your rental, come to the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time, with your ID, your driving license and a credit card for the deposit.
The condition of the motorcycle will be checked and a rental contract will be filled out just before your departure.
RETURN OF THE RENTAL
At the end of your rental period, you must return the vehicle, with a full tank of gas, no later than 7pm.
The condition of the motorcycle will be checked. If nothing is to be deplored, the deposit imprint will be cancelled.

Delivery fees
If you wish to have one or two motorcycles delivered to the place of your choice, you just have to choose a delivery city when you order.
If you wish to rent two different motorcycles (a Mash cafe racer and a Royal Enfield) and you wish to be delivered, it is not necessary to choose the delivery twice during your order.
You can select the delivery city of your choice on one of the bikes, and choose the option "I do not wish to be delivered" on the second one.
Unlimited mileage.
Insurance with assistance is included in the rental price.
The tenant commits himself to equip himself according to the standards in force (helmets, gloves) and to respect the code of the road and all the regulations on the territory.
Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the rental period without charge. Beyond 24 hours, the reservation is due and no refund will be made.
The tenant must be at least 21 years old.
The hirer must present the following original documents on the day of collection of the motorcycles
- a valid driving license type A or A2 for 410 cc motorcycles.
- a valid B license issued for at least 2 years + a 7h training certificate for 125 cc motorcycles.
- a valid international driving license for non-European motorcyclists
- an identity document.
The motorcycle will be handed over at the earliest at 8am on the day of departure and returned at the latest at 7pm on the last day of rental.
In case of delay, the tenant commits himself to warn the hirer (a penalty of 15% of the reservation will be retained if the tenant does not respect his commitment).
The amount of the deposit (1000€ for the 410cc and 700€ for the 125cc) is made by bank transfer the day of departure. The deposit is not debited! This one will be automatically cancelled at the time of the restitution of the motorcycle(s)
The tenant will not be able to claim any compensation in case a vehicle would be unavailable due to a breakdown, an accident or a theft.
In case of accident or theft the deposit will be retained until the damage is estimated.
The amount retained will not exceed the amount of the deposit.
The fines incurred by the rider during the use of the motorcycle will be sent to his home.
The motorcycle is delivered with a full tank of gas and must be returned in the same way.
